Stage 1
INCEPTION
Upon receiving the client’s brief, we initiate an appraisal and report on the requirements, budgetary constraints, the proposed site and proposed programming and we suggest consultants and methods of contracting.
Stage 2
CONCEPT AND VIABILITY
We present a viable concept design solution and a review of anticipated costs and programming of the project.
Stage 3
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We develop the design to full complexity, incorporating all services of other consultants.
Stage 4
DOCUMENTATION AND PROCUREMENT
We prepare documentation for local authority submission, complete technical aspects of the construction details and prepare contract documentation for the signing process.
Stage 5
CONSTRUCTION
Construction phase commences with handing over of site to contractor. Thereafter, continuous administering of the building contract is managed by us, as well as the issuing of construction documentation, sub-contract design and documentation and the certificate of practical completion. This stage is completed once we have assisted the client with obtaining an occupation certificate.
Stage 6
THE FINISH
The finishing phase is where handover of completed project to client takes place and certificate of contract completion will be issued. As-built drawings and technical instruction manuals pertaining to services are also issued to client.
